Q: What documents do I need to submit when applying for the BC PNP under the Strategic Occupations component?

A: The documents that you need to submit when applying for the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program vary upon the category you're applying under.
If you're applying under the Skilled Workers, International Graduate or Designated Health Professionals - except if you're a midwife - you need to submit copies of any work, study, or visit permit or visa, both for yourself and any accompanying family member.
You need to submit this only if you're currently in Canada, or if you have been there recently. If you have a work permit that's been issued under a positive Labour Market Opinion, you need to submit a copy of that LMO. You also need to submit a letter from the employer recommending you for permanent residence, your resume, a job offer letter containing information on the job that's being offered and both your and your employer's signature, a detailed job description, a profile of the company's business activities as well as photocopies of the company's Certificate of Incorporation and valid BC Business License, as provided to you by your employer. You're also required to submit photocopies of your education and training certificates, as well as English translations of them. If you're applying under the International Graduate category, you need to submit a copy of your final official transcript showing that you completed your study program in BC.
