Side 2 of this LP is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vXy20fv4BE4 Kurt Maier came from Germany, had played piano professionally, spent some time in a concentration camp during World War II, the Allies liberated him, and played piano in an officers' club for the enlisted men after his health recovered, emigrated to the U.S. in 1946, appeared on his own 39 week Sunday afternoon NBC radio show in 1946-'47, then began extended engagements at "The Little Club" in New York, and a Jamaican resort as well....and was still playing at both in 1958.
