Oh no! Has SmokeyGoodness gone vegetarian? The horror! 2 things going on here. First, I'm trying a new video editing software program, which I'm not so happy with, so far. Second, here's a super tasty side dish, that is easy to make, and is so good, it could be a main course! We sauteed the onions, mushrooms and red taters, then layered in the broccoli to steam. Garnished everything with a few extra goodies for an Asian delight! Special guest appearance by Lucky the Marmot. (Our apologies for the choppy sounding music track...Corel, huumph...)
