Creativity, curiosity, determination, confidence and risk taker are common features of successful entrepreneurs. They are often driven by a vision, and are determined to do everything it takes to succeed in their entrepreneurship. Yet companies come and go, some succeed in the market, some fail, and even on the most established firms shines the light of failure at some point as few firms remain in business over very long period. Entrepreneurship appears as a risky activity, and a time consuming and harassing task. So what motivates entrepreneurs?

Pierre-Alain Masson is a born entrepreneur, co-founding his first startup at age 20. He is the co-founder of the famous startup Seedstars and a speaker at the Seedstars World @ Lift. Through his previous positions from M&A to CFO of an international insurance company, he gained valuable experiences of entrepreneurship.
