This is a huge new secret that many people don't realize with the Battle Bundle Pass for Season 7! Fortnite changed the way XP works for Tier 100 Skin the Ice King! You first have to reach tier 100 then you start to get the XP needed to max out the Ice King. In previous season the XP you earned along the way to Tier 100 counted towards maxing out the Tier 100 Skin. Starting in Season 6 and now in 7 you must reach tier 100 first then max out that skin! It is a grind! So I suggest buying the Battle bundle pass for season 7.
