One of the perks of winning Brentwood Idol this year (I will link that video below), was that Jordyn had the honor of opening for three former American Idols, Nikki McKibbin and Alexis Lopez from Season 1 and Michael Johns from Season 7 at Cornfest.  She chose to sing "Party in the USA" by Miley Cyrus, and had a blast!  Everyone was super nice, including the idols who were not only really friendly but also very talented! Check out the clips of them performing near the end of this video.. they are great! We wish all three of them continued success. They definitely have a couple of new fans!  Thanks to everyone who made this such a great experience for my little girl! 
Oh and since I know someone is bound to point it out.. Yes I know the lyrics are wrong at one point. We changed "to the land of fame and excess" to "to the land of craziness." Unfortunately when Jordyn sang the word "excess" it came out sounding like something else.. something inappropriate for a little girl to say.. so we changed it. Hope you enjoy the video!
