well i had typed this up but the upload failed so i have to try this again... internet is being screwy... Here's a video of me boxing at the club. Give you an idea what we do there. Lot of people think you are at a boxing club and you're gonna get hit by other people but its nothing like that. It is one tough ass process but its one helluva workout and it does work if you keep doing it.
