The East Coast Glam Makeup is all about being fresh, bold and fierce. This collection tells a story of Gigi's home away from home - New York City. I appreciate that Maybelline and Gigi made an effort to create warm and cool palettes for all collections. They considered those that favored cool tones. :) I think all the products are pigmented from the liners to the shadows and lipsticks. It just seems that some shadow colors are a little chalky.
