This is Keita Takahashi's latest game, Tenya Wanya Teens. The players have arcade joysticks that have 16 LED lit buttons of different colors. They have to press the appropriate button for the action that matches the situation/scene. I know that the colors switch around, but I don't know if it's done between rounds or if by action.
