It's DECEMBER!!!! AUGH! What the hell? Where did the year go??? Wait. I need to make another GOAL! You too. What are you doing this month? What's your December goal? DON'T BECOME A RESOLUTION VICTIM! We've all been there: cramming the gyms in January to get fit only to face the most annoying crowds, long lines and weird dudes watching you squat. So start this month while there's NO ONE in the gym- that way when people start coming in January- you can push them out of the way and say, "I was here first!" And no, I don't sing at al in this video.. ha. Gotcha.
