Anthony Romero, ACLU executive director, couldn't agree more with former President Jimmy Carter when it comes to full disclosure of documents that chronicle U.S. involvement in torture and abuse during the Bush administration. As President Carter says, a complete investigation must be made and those who broke the law should be identified and held accountable. It's the American way.
