From June 2nd through June 4th, San Francisco played host to the Colossal Clusterfest, a three-day comedy festival featuring more than 50 comedians, musical acts such as Ice-T and dozens of local food vendors. Tens of thousands of people came out to see performances from Jerry Seinfeld, Sarah Silverman, Kevin Hart and emerging comedic talent at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium and the Civic Center Plaza. Kent Alterman, President of Comedy Central, gave us a sneak peek at the festival, shared with us why good comedy should get at uncomfortable truths and his most cherished Seinfeld episode.
