Top US Diplomat to Visit Libya

U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will visit Libya Friday as part of a broader trip to North Africa and Portugal. The visit to Libya will be the first by a U.S. Secretary of State in 55 years. It comes as relations between the two countries have been gradually normalizing in a step-by-step process. VOA's Bill Rodgers reports.
