It’s safe to say Brentwood won’t forget about Dre. Dr. Dre bought Tom Brady and Giselle Bundchen’s Brentwood house in 2014. While the property cost $40 million, it was still not up to Dre’s high standards. Dre has been granted permits to expand his property underground. It is unclear what his plans are but the permit clears an underground expansion as big as the current property. What we do know is that Dr. Dre plans to add a guardhouse and retaining walls to go along with the property’s moat.
