Four years after Hurricane Katrina devasted New Orleans, the scars remain. Rebuilding is lagging behind projections, and some residents feel their concerns are not being heard in Washington. U.S. President Barack Obama is vowing to rebuild the city. But as VOA's Paula Wolfson reports, during his first visit as president to the storm-ravaged area, the enormity of the task at hand was very much on display.
