PURE & SIMPLE: Plant Based, flavorful Chili - Vegan!
Beans, baby! We love 'em but canned, organic beans can get expensive on a limited budget. But cooking dry beans into a delicious, savory chili in the Instant Pot is easy, fast and you can REALLY pump up the flavor with a little liquid smoke and barbecue sauce to keep 'em coming back for more! In this video I explain some basic functions of the IP and why I love this method of cooking, too. New to the world of filming videos on my phone, this is in narrow screen mode - oh well! Recipe vdeos in the future will be widescreen, I promise! But I hope the info in this one is worth the watch for you. This chili is so MmmHmmm good my friend!
