Dr. Sabia Mansoor, Vice Chancellor Lahore College for Women University was the Chief Guest Final match between RAILWAY/WAPDA at 1500 hours.
 
Best Player of the Tournament Aqsa Mumtaz RAILWAY Hockey team, Top scorer Mayira Sabir RAILWAY Hockey Team and Best Goal Keeper Samia Anwar Punjab (W) Hockey Team. While third position Trophy went to Punjab (C). Runner up Trophy WAPDA and Winning Trophy 2nd PHF U-21 Girls Hockey Championship went to RAILWAY Hockey Team.
