This was a rather difficult NSMBU puzzle that is all about item management and item conservation. You have to figure out ways you can conserve your items in order to lift up two launchers and one stump. I'm pretty sure I cheesed the ending by spin jumping with the P-Switch bouncing on a shellmet since that strat is not consistent at all. I failed 3 times before it finally worked.
