In this video clip, watch as Frederick Ma, Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, and Bloomberg Television's Bernard Lo trade shots over the budget, taxes and Hong Kong's status an international finance centre at last week's Fund Awards 2007. Lo offers some suggestions on how to improve the budget, while Mr Ma graciously declined to take the advice.
