SAHGCA CEO responds to court dismissal of bid to change Firearms Act

The Constitutional Court has set aside an application to change the Firearms Control Act. The Act requires people to renew their licences 90 days before the expiration date. The South African Hunters and Game Conservation Association wanted gun owners to be able to renew licences even after the expiry date.
