The character we started the series with is the Italian, Catholic, Count Lucio. The aim of the series to expand as much as possible throughout Europe.

Crusader Kings 2 is a Grand Strategy game developed by Paradox Interactive and set in feudal Europe. The game focuses on the people within nations, more than it focuses on the countries themselves as in Europa Universalis IV, another Paradox game.
