Dad's return to Zion Natl Park

Dad worked at Zion Natl Park during his summer breaks from college at University of Utah 1947-1950. He was a bell boy, dining hall manager, and drummer in the dance band. We took him on a trip through Zion in September 2000, a 50 year anniversary of his last year working there. The lodge had photos all over from his era. He had stories about everyone in the photos. The kids working there thought it was cool to see his photo on the wall. Here he finds 2 photos...one of which he didn't know existed...sitting behind his drums during a dance sometime between 1947 and 1950. We got the negatives to this photo and gave it to him for Christmas in 2000. This was a great trip with perfect timing. Dad passed away in 2002.
