In an attempt to exempt artist and tiatrist from tax under GST, Minister Vijai Sardesai has asked for a proper study report of the expenses on tiatr and dramas. Vijai said that tiatr and drama are the cultural essence of Goa. He further said that some Goa Forward office bearers at Ravindra Bhavan have been asked to prepare a strong case to save tiatr and drama from depletion due to burden of tax under GST.
