Hello my Friends! Are you a fan of Peppermint and White Chocolate? You will definitely love this Hot Chocolate it is so warm, comforting, and bursting with White Chocolate/Peppermint Goodness! So quick and easy and it will perfect for Holiday Parties and other Holiday Events! 1 cup white chocolate chips 5 cups half and half, divided 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp peppermint extract Red Food Coloring, optional Whipped Cream, White Chocolate Chips, Peppermint, For garnish In a medium saucepan over low medium heat, add white chocolate chips and 1 cup half and half; heat until chocolate chips melts. Next add the 4 cups of half and half and simmer until it heats up (do not boil). Remove from the stove and stir in vanilla, peppermint extract, and food coloring (if using). Pour in a cup, garnish with whipped cream, white chocolate chips, and peppermint and serve.
