While I was at work nearby the other day, someone ask if the area I work owned certain area. I replied nothing I'm aware of. I wasn't sure about the question until I was informed about some graffiti near a local highway. I had to go check it out for myself, and sure enough this is what I found. There was even a sickle and hammer spray painted on the stairway leading to the RTA bus for those going to the hub. Since the location is actually own by the city, not my workplace, there wasn't much that could be done and no CCTV system was to be found. Some have ask the mall cops about, but there was little they could as far as I'm aware of. I went to go check out the complaint, not normally my job. All I had was my tablet to record, knowing DPW would like to know since the highway is city owned. This was recorded awhile back during the holiday, which was among the business time off year. To the best of my knowledge, it still has yet to be resolved despite a call from what I heard. I did also took a picture of the sickle and hammer since I noticed an error and couldn't resist trolling the vandals. Sorry, the part isn't show due to the serious matter of that the city has to put up with, but it was done in reverse in case anyone is asking me. Please, don't me about personal question due to private matters.
