In this video I show the process to make a 52V 10.5Ah 14s3p (42 cells) raw battery (No BMS) to fit to the maximum a standard small upper frame (behind handlebar) bike bag perfect for a range extender battery. It is aimed to be paralleled with a main bigger battery, both discharged and charged through the same connector.

This battery consist in a 14s3p Li-ion 18650 3.5Ah cells (Samsung 35E) designed in a way that makes a perfect worth of the volume available inside this bag, requiring a special design to make it the right shape.

* Important observation: The battery build in this video only include balancing circuits and balancing plugs, don't include the electronic protection circuit (BMS) essential for any lithium battery to work correct, reliable and safe. A BMS Unit or a balancing plug to monitor the series must be mandatory integrated.

With Samsung 35E cells It reaches 530Wh and a raw maximum discharge current of 25A continuously (1500W) with 50A peaks (3000W). Recommendable average discharge current for lifecycle is 10A (1C)
