FIRST time Retwisting my 3.5 month old locs without a stylist!

Hey loves!!! I attempted to do a light retwist on my starter locs today. My locs are 3.5 months old and I usually go to my stylist to get my hair retwisted but when I looked at myself in the mirror the past few days, I knew had to do something about my hair in between visits. How many of you actually retwist your hair yourself? I want to minimize the amount of time I do it because I personally want to keep my hands out of my head as much as possible. What are some tips do you do to your locs to keep it looking "groomed" without having to do a full on retwist! Comment below.
