Feral Cat Rescue. Angelico Cat Rescue is located in Broward County, Florida. Dexter was found outside with the skin from his neck hanging down. He obviously was attacked by another animal, we hope he was not used for bait in a dog fight. Tammy paid for his surgery. His wound went across his neck and he lost part of his ear. He is just about ready to be adopted. With everything he has been through, as you can see, he is still a loving cat.
