A couple swingin' tunes by the Dartmouth College Barbary Coast Orchestra, recorded Dec 7, 1942 at a recording studio in Hanover, New Hampshire.  A pretty good arrangement of Elmer's Tune, it swings.  

Not a whole lot of information is available for this band from this period.  The band members are listed on the label.  Only one I could find information about was the piano player, Herb Storfer.  He co-founded the Jazz Foundation of America.  This appears to be a studio copy of this song.  I don't know if it ever was released on a major record label.  Enjoy!
