Rinpoche began by explaining the danger of anger and importance of practicing patience. When we are angry we don’t think of karma. By arising anger, you destroy merits collected for thousands of eons. Then Rinpoche spoke how everything comes from the mind, even what you don’t like or what you love, it comes from your mind. Rinpoche explained the evolution how one labels a person that you don’t like and then you actually see the person in that way. By seeing the actual evolution then you don’t need to get angry back, you can see it comes from your mind. Then Rinpoche explained that in order to practice the paramita of patience we need somebody who makes us angry, otherwise how are we going to practice patience and in actuality this person is the most precious, most dear, most kind, wish-fulfilling one in your life. Rinpoche then explained how to experience cancer for every being.
