If you find yourself just being a miserable person down about life, but don't really know why.. watch this. Truth is, I used to be that person. I used to wake up mad, had a bad attitude, always had something to say about someone and something..and one day I realized.. WHY? Why am I like this? Do I wanna be like this? Do I want my daughter to see me like this? ..I really didn't. I honestly wanted to just find happiness in myself. I noticed how happy others were and it kinda opened my eyes to make me realize how unhappy I was. It took the smallest yet hardest things to change. 

The first step was being truly happy for other people. Instead of like before trying to find a reason to hate and not be happy for that person, (which actually takes more energy) I would be happy for that person and congratulate them on whatever was and it actually felt kinda good.  

NO GOSSIP
"People talk bad about you in hopes others won't find you so appealing" Sad but true and it's something I can admit and not really ashamed of because I've grown so much as a person. You may be tempted but don't feed into it. What does talking about other people do for you? Do you feel better about yourself afterwards.. you probably actually feel lower and you keep doing it in hopes to get some sort of satisfaction but you never get the satisfaction and you keep doing it. Find something GOOD to say =)

BE ABOUT IT
You said you wanted to do what? Mean what you say. Put your actions into words. Make your goals a reality. It's always easier to say what you want to do but push through and get it done. You'll be so proud of yourself..making YOU happy =)
