The new single-family home at 1738 N Rockwell sold before our scheduled video. The home featured 3 to 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, a family room, a theater room, and a ton of well-selected upgrades that are standards with this particular builder. Join me and Sergio & Banks' Melissa Govaderica for a walk through the first floor living areas of this nicely-detailed home. The home has far more thoughtful touches than I've seen in any home in this price range in the city of Chicago. In a later video we'll look at the unusually large master bath, the bedrooms, and the lower level.
