Touring a furnished model with developer Helen Weiss is a learning experience. In the spam of a few minutes I heard about the latest sink from Kohler, a trend in bathrooms away from the living-room sized ones and ... well, watch the video and hear it from Helen. The model is an "A" plan, the smallest in the complex at 1,800 square feet, 2 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. It's priced from the high $370s. Helen's Weiss Development is the oldest continuously-active condo developer in Illinois.
