After nine years of being a regular vendor at Market Square, Perogy Princess Mary Bedkowski, and her husband Tom Champaigne, have moved to their own 14 seat café at 66 Elm St. Perogy Princess Café is now open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays up to Christmas.
