A recent agreement by OPEC members to limit oil production boosted oil prices for a while this week. The move followed two years of collapsing prices that hurt oil nations and companies. As VOA’s Jim Randle reports, an oil expert in Washington says, regardless of the cost of oil, the world’s biggest economy should push harder to find alternatives, especially for imported oil.
