A really yummy and different kind og way to make lasagna. I wanted tomato soup wit meatballs for dinner and my bf wanted lasagna... so I made a combo and it turned out sooo good! 8 people You will need: Lasagna sheets 3 lbs of pork or beef meatballs (I used pork) 2 onions 2 cloves of garlic Little bit of oil 3½ lbs of passata 2 cups of water 2 broth cubes ½ tsp of cayenne pepper 1½ tbsp of basil Pepper Good amount of salt 7 oz of ricotta 14 oz of gouda cheese 180 degrees C convectioon or 350 degrees F convection for about 40 minutes.
