Boston Celtics fans were offered a little more information on the troubling situation with one of the team's young players on Thursday. Jabari Bird was arraigned at Brighton Municipal Court earlier on charges of assault, kidnapping and strangulation. He reportedly kept his girlfriend in his apartment against her will for four hours. Bird's bail has been set at $50,000 and he is essentially on house arrest for the time being. The Celtics released a statement, reading that NBA policy is that the league handles these situations in terms of punishment.
