Halloween is Monday, and while it can be a lot of fun, it can also be dangerous. Halloween has the fifth highest number of emergency room visits for children. And, on average, twice as many children are hit and killed by cars between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Halloween night. Dr. Michael Watts, the medical director of Lee's Summit Medical Center, joins KCTV5 to talk about Halloween safety.
