In 1999 I led a "team-building" activity for the 36 employees of the corporate media group I worked in at Nortel Networks. 24 showed up! I divided them into three groups and tasked each with creating a 30-second hand-drawn animation in one day on the theme of "Right Angle Turn" which for some reason was our new company slogan at the time. Some of them were artists, but none were actual animators. The music i added in post from our library of stock music.
