The Bio Light is, inspired by a project presented by Walter Polleros during the Fast Forward Awards at electronica 2016 in Munich. A plant produces small, slowly evolving potential differences between its leaves and branches. Sometimes these voltages change quickly, for instance when the plant is touched or moved. The Bio Light captures these voltages and maps them to colors made visible by RGB LEDs that illuminate from the inside the transparent flowerpot that holds the plant.
