Nearly 150 years ago, a Fort Benning unit thats still active today was a part of the last major Confederate victory of the Civil War. New Soldiers to that unit recently visited the site to learn about those that came before them. Our Matt Gallup joined the Soldiers on their historical adventure just weeks before they join their comrades in Iraq.
