The Obstacle Course Racing Championships were at Blue Mountain - Collingwood Ontario for the second year in a row. A 3km and 15km course was created for the world's best. 
It was raining and by the time my heat (Male 30-34) started on the 15km it was a MUD FEST...I burned so much extra energy trying to just get up the slippery hills (while holding a GoPro!)
None the less we had fun!!! I hope you enjoy watching. I used a similar video from last year to help prep for this course.
I'm also 6'4" and 220lbs - I think I may have been the biggest racer there. My height helped and handicapped me. I totally bonked near the end of the race, not expecting to be out there for near 5 hours 
burning 1000cal/hr.
