I'm becoming convinced it's a sign of getting old - getting hurt doing the things I was always once able to do. And then trying to conceal the pain you have suffered. Case in point: I have never failed at a backflip attempt until today. And I failed in epic proportions. It looks much worse than what it was. I LITERALLY had no idea where I was for a good 5 seconds. But I shall survive, With a sore back.
