Tony Nicklinson, who has suffered from 'locked-in syndrome' since 2005, will be able to proceed his 'right-to-die' case in the courts, following today's ruling. He and his wife talk of how their life has been "destroyed" followign Mr Nicklinson's stroke in 2005.
