Lama Chopa Jorcho and Tsog led by Ven.Dechen. Lama Tsongkhapa asked Manjushri what is the quick way to actualize the lamrim path? So Manjushri answered, “three things need to be done. Collecting merits and purification, the first.” Apart from the different practices fulfilling the guru’s wishes, pleasing the guru is collecting the highest merits. The next one is one-pointedly requesting the guru with devotion mind, by looking at him as buddha using quotations and logic, making one-pointed request to receive blessings in your heart. Then the next one is the actual body, training the mind in the path to enlightenment. Lama Chopa contains all that. If you want to achieve enlightenment, to be free from samsara, and achieve enlightenment then you need to receive correct teachings and to do that you need to purify negative karma and defilements and you need to collect so much merits. Therefore, Lama Chopa contains all that!
