Genesis / SMS Cartridge Problems with my Retron 5

This video shows the loading problem I was having with my Retron 5.  It turned out to be defective and needed to be replaced.

The system was not touched during the making of this video:  I'd insert the game and after it loaded, it would immediately say "No Cart Inserted". If I left the system alone (literally, leaving the cartridge in and not touching it), the system would occasionally re-load the cart (as if someone had re-inserted it), but then go right back to "No Cart Inserted". I tried six different Genesis cartridges and even the Power Base Converter. Also, all of my games have been thoroughly cleaned, so the issue certainly wasn't a dirty cartridge pin.
