This may possibly be one of the hardest fights in the game if you're unlucky. Before the fight, make sure your characters have some status healing items because Fassad can cause alot of status problems to your party. Fassad has a shield on him so right away you'll want Boney to strip away the shield with that shield snatcher item. Buff up using Defense Up Omega and debuff Fassad with offense/defense down skills. You can have Lucas use PSI Love if you want but I think it's best to conserve PP for recovery and healing. Same for Kumatora.
