Did I Find A Meteorite?

Hey guys I was out exploring again on a really low tide and found this weird rock! Let me know what you think it is. I found it in a really remote cove where not many people would go. It appears to be a heavy lump of iron (very heavy) but covered in crystals or even been calcified? You recon I should cut it in half??? See what is inside?
