In honor of Puerto Rican, Cuban and Dominican festival happening tomorrow in Houston, we are celebrating the Hispanic Caribbean culture through their food, with a roast pork recipe you can do at home: A Cuban-style pernil or shoulder pork roast.

Chef Christofer Dilan from Sofrito restaurant in Garden Oaks is showing us how to do the recipe in a traditional Hispanic way.
