Stereotyping is second nature to most of us today. Bharadwaj Sundar, creative director, talks about breaking these stereotypes using the visual medium. It started off as a small idea, he says, a labour-day project which was the brainchild of him and his team. They went on to do something a lot bolder for India's independence day, and the response they received motivated them to do a variety of other projects, which have had to do not just with humans, but also with gods! Creative director, filmmaker and artist, brain behind "Dark Is Divine" photo series This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
